Success in Network Marketing is a numbers game. Build a list of 100 people you know and recruit them. Seems legit, right? After all, it’s just a numbers game.

The problem with this approach is that your more likely to waste your time and get burned out reaching out to people that have a low chance of becoming a part of your downline.

This is going to be the easiest way to get started. Once you have a solid grasp of this type of funnel you can explore other types of funnels such as webinar funnels. However, I would start here.

Creating A Lead Magnet (Free Giveaway)

You’re lead magnet doesn’t need to be something huge, but you do want it to have a significant value to your prospect. It could be something as simple as a short ebook that explains how you’re able to get where you are today, or it could be a short training course that shows them how to do something.

The key takeaway you should have here is you want your lead magnet to have a high value for your prospects to give you their email address.

Create A Landing Page With An Opt-In Form

The Landing page is the first page in the funnel. This is the page where you’ll drive all of your targeted traffic to.

On the landing page you’ll want to make sure you create an opt-in to collect the email address of your prospect. This is where you’ll have a catchy headline and a little bit about your free lead magnet. Once people opt-in you’ll be able to send them the lead magnet. 

Collecting the email address is the only point of the landing page. Don’t make the mistake of trying to sell your opportunity or product on this page. Just worry about collecting the email address. Worry about selling on the next page of the funnel.

On the landing page you’ve collected the prospects email address. Now you can sell them on the bridge page.

I recommend a video here with you telling your story on it. It’s going to go a long way to build trust. The main points you want to try and hit is your story and what got you into this, where you’re at, where other people that you know are at and what they got out of it(social proof), and your offer.

This page is also where you will link to the business opportunity or product. If you’ve done a good enough job in your sales video and copy a certain amount of people who land on this page should click through to the next page and sign up. At this point your funnels job is done.

Email Follow-Up To Build Your Relationship

As people move through your funnel, some will purchase or sign up, but most won’t. Have you ever heard the phrase, the fortune is in the follow up? Remember that email address you collected earlier. This is where that email address comes into play.

You’ll want to make sure you have a solid follow up sequence. Ideally you’ll continue to build a relationship with your prospect and continue to make your offer at the same time.

Of course, if someone has already purchased or signed up, your follow up sequences will be different.
