A lot of people feel the Democratic Party has a Slave Master and slave relationship with Black People. They give black people welfare and just enough to keep them coming back. They will never use their political influence to help black people become financially independent and create economic development in the cities. Black People are living in horrible conditions in areas throughout America that managed by the Democratic Party.
