Is Eating Beef Safe For The Body

I try to eat things that are going to keep me healthy and add nutrition to the body. I don’t’ eat a lot of meet. The only meet I eat is chicken, turkey, fish and salmon. However, I don’t eat beef or pork. I don’t eat beef because of the way cows are raised. I know beef is an excellent source of protein. However, I think the negative effects of beef far outweight the nutritional benefits.

First, I don’t eat beef because it is very difficult to digest. Also, beef has been known to clog the arteries. Clog arteries can really be bad for men because it can lead to impotence because of blood flow problems. Beef also leads to weight gain. Also beef is linked to numerous diseases such as asthma, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer, heart diseases, osteoporosis and many more disease.

Also, producers of beef put steroids and hormones in beef as well as additives and preservatives. The cattle industry put pellets of hormones in the cows. These hormones are linked to many health problems. One of the main problems with these hormones is they have the potential to cause cancer.

Also, I just don’t like the way cows are slaughter for human consumption. The industry mistreats the cows and tortures them. Also, the cows are full of antibiotics. Also, eating beef exposes you to drug resistant bacteria. This increases your immunity to antibiotics. This is not good because the beef can make it difficult for the doctors to treat your sickness. Furthermore, research shows that red meat or beef can weaken your immune system. Also, beef causes inflammation to build up in the body. When this happens, your body can become threaten by disease, bacteria and viruses.

If you are trying to stay healthy and don’t want to be at risk of being ill with cancer, diabetes or other disease, you should not eat beef. There are vegetables and beans that have calcium and protein.
