Now in order to go up in ranks and stay there you’ll have to make so many sales per month and sometimes recruit a certain number of people into your team.
For example as an associate you’ll need to have a PV ( personal volume ) of 40 plus have 1 team member on each side of your team.
However with a crown you’ll need to have a PV of 120, and have at least 4 executive directors ( rank 5 or above ) in your team.
So in other words you need to recruit a lot of people into your team and hopefully have some of your team members go up in rank in order for you to reach a higher rank as well.
Retail Commissions
When you sell Tava Lifestyle’s products directly to a customer, you’ll be able to earn $25 on every sale you make.
Residual Commissions
Tava Lifestyle uses a binary structure in their compensation plan, which means everyone you recruit will be split into 2 different teams — one on your left and one on your right.
Also you’ll only earn money based on whichever side has the least amount of sales, or what is normally called your weaker side.
Now based on what rank you are, you will be able to earn 10% – 25% of your team’s pay. Also the max amount of money you’ll be able to earn is $50,000 a week.
