The Fast Start Bonus
TLC offers a fast start bonus which are commissions that you can earn when you initially refer someone to the TLC opportunity and they upgrade to a paid member.
The company offers up to 50% commissions on these fast start bonuses which are paid out the following commission pay run.
To earn the full 50% fast start bonus you will need to meet certain criteria in the company which the video will go into more detail on.
You will also get a fast start commission when you help one of your personally enrolled members sign someone up as well.
Retail Customer Profits And Commissions
Like all legitimate MLM companies, TLC offers retail commissions.
These are commissions that you can earn when you refer customers that purchase one of the TLC products from your affiliate links.
The volume that is generated from retail sales is also counted toward your monthly residual commission qualifiers.
TLC Residual Commissions (binary)
Like many other MLM companies, Total Life Changes (TLC) offers residual commissions that you can earn when you build a team of other affiliate members.
For those that are unfamiliar with how an MLM binary compensation plan structure works here is a quick breakdown:
You only have 2 legs. (left and right)
You can build unlimited levels deep.
You can only qualify by personally sponsoring a person on your right and left leg that has an active subscription or you will need to replace them.
The levels and spots can be filled with direct and indirect sponsoring.
You get paid from the leg that has fewer sales volume.
That is the basics on how a binary pay plan structure works, the rest as far as what the company requires you to have as far as sales volume per leg to earn a certain amount of commissions will be listed on the video.
Depending on your rank will determine how much you can earn from the residual binary commissions that Total Life Changes (TLC) offers.
You will be able to earn anywhere from 10% to 25% from the volume that is generated from the leg that has fewer sales volume.
The maximum you can earn per week the company has capped at $20,000.
Matching Bonus
TLC also offers matching bonus commissions.
Depending on the rank that you qualify for in the company will depend on the amount that you can earn from the matching bonus commissions that the company offers.
The matching commissions will come from the binary residual commissions that your personally sponsored members earn per week.
This also includes referrals that your personal members sponsored as well.
Depending on the qualification that the company has set you can earn 50% from your personal members that you referred into the company as well as from the members that your personally referred members sponsored into the company.
The Lifestyle Bonus
The lifestyle bonus that Total Life Changes (TLC) offers is a monthly commission that you can earn when qualified.
This will depend on the rank that you reach.
Depending on the rank that you qualify for, TLC will pay you $1,500 in commissions every month for as long as you keep the rank and qualifications that the company has in place to earn these commissions.
