The Kidneys are a bean shaped organ. They are about the size of a fist. They are located  near the middle of your back. They are right below the rib cage.  The kidneys process about 200 quarts of blood. Also, it removes waste from the body. The kidneys remove wastes and excess water from the blood to form urine.

The kidneys are important because they keep the composition, or makeup, of the blood stable, which lets the body function. They

  2. What Drinks To Avoid: Sodas, Colas, Coffees And Unnatural Juices that are high in caffeine and sugar. These foods are very hard on your kidneys.
