Go Outside

Your hunger will just make you crave something quick and full of sugar, fat or both. It’s your own blood sugar levels that are the culprit here and you can keep them on a steady keel by simply eating properly more frequently.

Eliminate Caffeine
Caffeine can often stimulate the appetite so to help keep those cravings at bay, consider switching to decaf coffee and herbal teas. Don’t forget, diet colas also have caffeine in them, so switch to either caffeine-free versions or just drink more water!
