Valentus Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the Valentus Products and compensation plan and how you earn money with it.

First of all, the way to earn more money with the Valentus opportunity is to increase your rank.

When you first get started with a 1 box order you will be at the rank of IR.

Valentus Compensation Ranks

Here is a breakdown chart of what you need to qualify to reach each rank in the Valentus opportunity.

As you can see in the chart, you will need a minimum monthly autoship, a certain amount of personally referred reps that qualify for a certain rank, and a certain amount of volume to increase your rank and to also earn more.

Commissions Caps

Each rank that you qualify for will have a cap on the amount of money that you can make with the residual binary commissions and also from the matching bonus.

7 Ways To Make Money

The Valentus compensation plan offers 7 ways that you can make money.

Fast Start Bonus (up to $ 100)

The first way to get paid is through the fast start bonus that Valentus offers.

They offer 4 fast start bonus amounts depending on what package the new member or customer purchases.

When a customer purchases 1 box, you earn $20, when they buy the 3 box order you earn $40, when they buy 6 boxes you earn $60, and when they purchase the biggest package that includes 16 boxes you earn $100.

Retail Commissions (25%)

When you sell a product that “you purchase” at wholesale and then sell it at the retail cost you will earn 25% which is the difference.

Binary Residual Commissions (up to $ 100,000 per week)

The residual commissions work off of the MLM binary compensation plan structure.

In a binary, you have only 2 legs that can be built to an unlimited depth and depending on your rank in the company can earn more.

The Valentus binary commissions works of a cycle trigger which means that you need to have a certain amount of sales volume in each leg to “cycle” a commission for you.

The first thing you need to know is that you have to have an active affiliate member that you personally referred placed on your left, and also at least one on your right leg, (both legs) or replace them to qualify to earn these residual binary commissions.

The way that the “cycle” commissions works are that when you accumulate 200 BV (total leg volume/binary volume) on one leg and 100 BV on the other. (it doesn’t matter which one)

This pays out each week and the sales volume that gets calculated towards the cycle pay you earn is taken out from each leg and the remaining sales volume is left in to roll over into the next week.

You can have multiple cycles per week, in fact when qualified you can earn quite a bit of money per week.

Matching Binary Team Commissions (up to 7 generation match)

Basically, the way that this works is when qualified you will earn a percentage match pay on your personally referred and team members down 7 levels.

The matching commissions that you can earn are paid out using the unilevel compensation plan structure.

If you are unfamiliar with how the unilevel pay structure works here is a quick breakdown:

• 1st Level – This level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally referred members on it.
• 2nd Level – This level of your unilevel will only have your team members that your level 1 members personally sponsored into the company.
• 3rd Level – This level of your unilevel will only have your team members that your level 2 members personally sponsored into the company.
• and so on…

Depending on your rank in the company will depend on the levels deep of the unilevel you can earn and what percentage amount.

You must also be on a minimum order of 3 boxes each month or 100 BV autoship.

1% Global Bonus Pool

You can be able to get a piece of the total BV that the company earns in 1 calendar month.

The way that this works is first you need to be on a 3 box autoship (100 BV) and personally refer 3 business builders in 1 month.

Each month it starts over, and it only counts on the affiliate member’s 1st-month order.

The 1% pool will be divided by everyone that qualifies and then split up evenly.

Car Bonus ($400 – $3000 per month)

The car bonus is an “extra” residual commission that you can earn once you reach the rank of Diamond.

The higher in rank above diamond you achieve the more monthly “car bonus” income you will earn.

This pays anywhere from $400 – $3,000 extra per month starting and the rank of Diamond.

Legacy Coded Bonus ($100 not Unlocked at Unlimited Levels)

Valentus offers what is called a Legacy bonus that works after you personally sponsor 3 people that purchase the 16 box pack in one month.

When you personally sponsor your 4th members that purchase the 16 box package in the same month you will earn the fast start bonus plus an additional legacy bonus of $100.

So within the calendar month, if you sponsor 10 people that all have bought the 16 box package, you will earn $1,700 worth of fast start and legacy bonuses.

When the new month starts you also start from zero, so the process starts all over each month.
