Retail To Recruit is when you should sell your product to new people and make them customers first before thinking about selling them on joining your business as a distributor. What I have learned over the years is you MUST retail your product to recruit new people into your business. Think about it, a new person comes into your business all ready to make money and prove their family wrong about the opportunity. But they end up becoming discouraged because the people they’ve recruited don’t do anything, so he/she makes nothing. That first sale and the cash that goes with it is vital in the motivation of that distributor. The selling of the product puts cash in their pocket and it gives your new customers the opportunity to try out the product and to maybe like it so much that will probably sell it.
