Hello, my name in Frankie Muhammad. I am a Network Marketer. However, I am also a retail investor in AMC Entertainment. Right now the Retail Investors are involved in a lawsuit with AMC. AMC is attempting to take 90 Percent of retail investors shares in a 1 to 10 reverse stock split. Some retail investors believe the way AMC Entertainment got the vote to get the reverse stock split was not legal. There is settlement taking place in court. AMC have been forced to put the information on their website that will allow customers to Object the settlement. However, shareholders are having a difficult time finding the information on AMC website. Therefore, I am providing the link below. Also, I am providing some information on how to write objections to the law. Also, where the objections need to be mailed.
