Memphis is becoming a city known for its violence in a the black community. This just had 16 people to get shot and 2 people to get killed at a Block Party in Orange Mound Park. There were 300 people at the event. They are looking for 2 suspects. They want anyone that has video of the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
